Direction for use 

- Place Coarse Himalayan Salt inside inhaler through opening
- Shake vigorously to release small salt particles
- Breathe in by covering mouth over opening of inhaler
- Exhale after removing mouth from opening of the inhaler (the humidity of your breath can cause dampness inside inhaler which will cause salt to become sticky)

Repeat several times.
